Free Returns

While we wholeheartedly stand behind the quality of every product we offer, we understand that circumstances may lead you to reconsider your purchase or find it not entirely fitting for your needs. To facilitate a seamless process, we have implemented a 30 Day Return Policy.

If, within 30 days of receiving your order, you decide to initiate a return for any reason, kindly contact us at support@thepitchingmachinecompany.com with your order number. We will promptly provide you with detailed instructions for processing the return. 


Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s) at our warehouse(s), we will send you an email notification confirming the completion of your return payment process.

It is crucial to note that for a refund to be issued, the returned item(s) must reach our distribution center in "Like New" condition, inclusive of all original packaging and accessories. "Like New" implies that the items show no visible signs of wear. Returns bearing visual indications of wear or issues arising from use will not be accepted, and no refund will be provided.

Should you decide to proceed with a return, please contact us at support@thepitchingmachinecompany.com with your order number, and we will guide you through the process, striving to make it as straightforward as possible.

Damages:
If your product arrives damaged, kindly note it immediately upon delivery and send photos to support@thepitchingmachinecompany.com on the same day. The Pitching Machine Company will cover the shipping costs for defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped merchandise.

Please retain all original packaging for items requiring return. Prior authorization from our customer service department is mandatory for all returns to be processed efficiently. We are committed to ensuring you receive an undamaged product as soon as possible. However, items damaged after use are non-refundable unless explicitly covered under warranty.

Cancellations:
To cancel an order, promptly email or call our customer service team at support@thepitchingmachinecompany.com. Orders canceled before shipment will receive a full refund.

Additional Return Policy Notes:
Any deviation from the outlined return policy for specific vendors or products will be clearly stated in the product descriptions or specific return information. Certified pre-owned or used products are ineligible for return.

The Pitching Machine Company caters exclusively to purchasers intending to use the item(s) for the duration of their economic life. Orders bought for one-time or temporary use, such as those for trade shows, conferences, or promotional purposes, are non-returnable.
